My oldest son (4 years old) was very hands on making these with me. He usually doesn’t like black beans, but he loved these pinwheels. He was just about as excited to eat them as he was to make them with me. Give your little ones the chance to help in the kitchen, and I bet you’ll be amazed at how much they are able to do!
Pair these Vegan Taco Pinwheels with some fresh fruit, veggies and a vegan drink box, like Ripple Vanilla Milk. Flavorful, fun and easy! Whether you are vegan or not, or just want to start doing meatless Mondays, etc. add these pinwheels to your dinner meal plan or lunchbox rotation and you won’t be disappointed!
