Those look so yummy!!


I made these with my son's transitional kindergarten class for Valentine's day and they were a HUGE hit! We substituted almond butter because of a peanut allergy. All the children participated and loved the delicious healthy snack they made. These energy balls are great.


I've made these multiple times now and they are the hit of the party among my health conscious friends. Sometimes they need a little more honey or peanut butter to make them stick. Other then that they're awesome. They've made the hit list of new fav's in my circle.
